- Transaction and program information: purchases, enrollment, attendance, appointment, program, and customer-service details. Payment card information is generally processed by our payment providers rather than stored directly by LOF.

- Communications: emails, text messages, call recordings or transcripts where permitted by law, form submissions, surveys, and support requests.
- Health and wellness information you choose to provide: fitness goals, limitations, preferences, or other information relevant to requested services. Please do not submit sensitive medical information unless it is requested and appropriate for the service.

3. SMS and telephone communications
When you expressly opt in, LOF may send recurring or non-recurring text messages and place calls about your inquiry, requested follow-up, scheduling, reminders, customer care, programs, events, or offers consistent with your consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help or contact us below. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers of the text messaging services required to deliver LOF messages.
Calls may be handled by staff or an AI-assisted agent and may be recorded or transcribed where permitted by law. We use recordings and transcripts for customer service, quality assurance, training, recordkeeping, and follow-up. We honor applicable consent, opt-out, do-not-call, and quiet-hours requirements.

We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that support our operations, such as Kajabi, HubSpot, Retell AI, Calendly, payment processors, hosting, analytics, email, communications, customer support, security, and professional advisers. These providers may process information only for legitimate business purposes and under their own contractual and legal obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.
